The 28-year channel veteran has brought a back-to-basics sensibility to the company to make sure that Sage partners get everything they need to drive healthy revenues and profits. Miller, who joined Sage in June after eight years with Microsoft, is driving a level of trust and high touch that he says is a thing of the past at Sage rival Microsoft. Overseeing all channel programs, operations and channel marketing for the $2.55 billion applications software giant is a big job. But Miller has already had a huge impact in only a few months.
