Seminars and Webinars—Throughout the year, Techware offers various seminars and webinars that will inform you of the latest Timberline Software features, updates, and plans for the future. We also try to give opportunities for question and answer sessions.

Web Based Training—Take advantage of Sage Timberline's online learning opportunities to learn about your software from your workplace. Choose the convenience of Anytime Learning or the interactivity of Realtime Learning.

Hardware / Network Systems—Techware can provide for your hardware needs. We also have experienced systems consultants, who do our installations and can provide technical assistance.

SmartStart

The SmartStart program is a Sage Timberline service that makes it easy for new customers to get acquainted with their software. As a new customer, you can talk to experienced support professionals as well as gain online access to implementation tools that help you plan and manage your Timberline® Office rollout.

SmartStart provides 60 days of software maintenance and unlimited support. This convenient service is included with your initial software purchase and can boost your confidence as you begin working with your new Sage Timberline Office software.

Your SmartStart period begins on the 61st day following your software order or on the date of your first contact for technical support assistance, whichever occurs first.
