President/Owner and Authorized Timberline Solution Provider, started his career in CAD drawing and estimating for a local drywall company. Later he became the owner of Techware LLC and over the years has sucessfully implemented numerous construction accounting, estimating, service management, property management, hardware and network installations.
Mary Allain
Mary Allain, a Timberline Certified Consultant, has experience in both construction and property management with Timberline since 1989. She specializes in property management and development accounting and has held the positions of Committee Chair and Instructor for the National TUG (Timberline User's Group) association.
Peggy Christianson
Marketing Manager, has a BS degree in Business Administration, and has an accounting and client management background. She is responsible for lead generation, advertising, trade shows, seminars and customer events.
Jim Hoeppner
a Timberline Certified Consultant, has a BS degree in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has worked as a construction manager and estimator in residential and commercial construction. He started with Timberline Software at the Oregon headquarters in 1998 and became the Estimating Certification Manager before moving back to Minnesota in 2002.
Jennifer Strand
a Master Builder Certified Consultant, began her career in the construction industry as a surety underwriter in 1992. Since 2001, she has provided software and accounting consulting services to commercial and residential contractors. Jennifer has been a Sage Master Builder Certified Consultant since 2002 and holds Advanced Certification in Report Writer and Project Management.
Kathy Sidla
a Certified Timberline Consultant, began working with Timberline Software in 1985 as an end-user and then became a consultant in 1998. She specializes in commercial construction implementations, procedure manuals & training, WIP reporting, and Timberline Report Designer.
Chuck Sylvestre
Sales Consultant, has been in the construction industry for many years. He assists contractors in replacing older accounting systems with Timberline Software
Jessica Luukkonen
has been working in the construction industry since 2000. She began working with Sage Master Builder in 2001 and since then has been assisting companies with their accounting needs. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Accounting Degree from Strayer University. Her experience includes Sage Master Builder implementations, payroll, service receivables, report writing, estimating, AIA billing, and accounting.
Lila Brown
a Crystal Certified Consultant and Trainer, provides classroom and on-site training and consulting for Techware customers. Lila creates custom reports as needed.
