Timberline Beginning / Advanced Report Design, Inquiry Design, Financial Statements and ODBC

Who should attend?
This class is intended for Timberline Accounting clients who are responsible for designing custom reports, inquiries and financial statements for their company. Typical attendees would include accounting managers, project managers or system administrators. The class focuses on the planning process for reports and inquiries, as well as on ways to create, modify and save simple designs. Participants will learn through a combination of lecture and hands-on activities. Lab time will give clients a chance to work with reports appropriate for their area of specialty, such as Job Cost or Property Management. Participants will also learn about the capabilities of the Financial Statement Designer, including step-by-step instructions on how to enter financial statement designs.

The first part of the class covers the basics of designing a report, inquiry or financial statement, while the second part of the class introduces more advanced topics, customized formulas and design.
